Inequality

Inequality in industrialised countries is lower than is often claimed. And a certain degree of it is actually necessary for more growth, and prosperity for all.

The assets of private households are distributed differently in Europe. In countries with higher inequality, a larger share of the population believes there is equality of opportunity and that people are paid adequately.
